3. Previous Visited Country Visa Copy (Soft / Scan Copy)
4. Bank Solvency Certificate
5. Original Bank statement for the last six months( Must be more than 180 days). Minimum Balance Taka 70,000/-for Single Entry
6. National ID Card

1. N.O.C or  G.O Letter

For Businessman

1. Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English  
2. Letterhead Pad
