Exclusions
- Food not included with the package price. Can be arranged for the group with approx. cost of BDT 10,000/- for Breakfast, lunch & dinner.
- Food Menu for Lunch & Dinner: Chicken/ Fish, Vegetable / Vorta / Shak,Dall, Plain Rice.
- Any kinds of personal cost or others which are not mentioned above.
- Personal expenses: Tips, laundry, telephone, medical, and shopping.
- Extra vehicle usage not mentioned in the package.
Terms and Conditions
- According to Saudi Arabian hotel regulations, hotel check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 12 PM. Trip Designer is not responsible for early check-ins or late check-outs.
- After the hotel booking is confirmed or upon entering the hotel room in Saudi Arabia, if you do not like the room or wish to change it (e.g., higher floor, corner room, twin/double room, etc.), guests must contact the hotel reception. If the hotel agrees to make the change, we have no problem.
- If your room is not changed, you cannot hold us responsible.
- All transportation for Jeddah/Makkah/Medina and Ziyarat will be provided via shared buses. It is noted that a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage are allowed per person. However, for private transportation or personal Ziyarat, the vehicle size will depend on the number of guests.
- All guests must adhere to the timings specified on the voucher. Vehicles will not wait for anyone.
